Ecafe Canada RETURN
POLICY & EXHANGE POLICY INSTRUCTIONS
ECafe Canada guarantees that all our merchandise is genuine, quality controlled and in new condition. In the rare event that you have to return an item to ECafe Canada, please read our return policy below and follow the listed procedures. This return policy applies to all of our merchandise unless a product specifically states "no returns or refunds", in which case all sales are final.
In order to return your purchase to ECafe Canada you must first be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. In order to receive an RMA number, please submit your request and order information to our Customer Service by clicking on the customer service link at the top of any page and filling in the form found on that page. We require you to provide us with a detailed reason for your return. When we have authorized your return we will send you your RMA number and instructions on returning your purchase. It is very important that you follow the ECafe Canada return instructions or your return may not be processed. RMA numbers cannot and will not be extended or reissued.
NOTE: ECafe Canada cannot and will not process credit for returns that have not been authorized by us. You must contact ECafe Canada within 15 days from the invoice date to initiate a return. Please follow the procedure below.
• ECafe Canada must receive your return within 30 days from the invoice date. Returned merchandise that is received by ECafe Canada after 30 days will not be accepted for a full refund. Merchandise that is received after a period of 60 days from the invoice date will not be refunded nor returned.
• A manufacturer's warranty supercedes the ECafe Canada's return policy on defective merchandise when applicable.
• Upon receipt of your returned item, ECafe Canada will refund your order amount minus a minimum 15% restocking fee and the original shipping charges.
• Replacements and merchandise credits are at the sole discretion of ECafe Canada.
• Your RMA number and purchase invoice must be included in your return package. If you are returning multiple packages you must include a copy of your invoice and RMA number in each package being returned.
ECafe Canada will inspect and test all merchandise before issuing a refund. Your returned merchandise will be inspected for the following:
• Returned items must be in a new and unused condition returned in the original box and packaging materials with any accompanying parts and accessories to insure a refund. Merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice), the RMA number and all accompanying paperwork (warranties, etc) to insure a refund.
• New and unused merchandise means there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item(s), and any security tags or standard certification labels (UPC code, barcode labels, etc) are intact and legible. There must be no sign of wear on the product, tags, or the case. The product must not have been sized or altered in any way. ECafe Canada cannot accept the return of an item that shows any indication that it has been used.
• To eliminate the possibility of shipping damage during the return transport, merchandise must be returned to ECafe Canada in the original manufacturer's packaging with a qualified external shipping container (UPS, Fed-Ex, etc).
• ECafe Canada will not accept for return packages that are affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels that exhibit tampering.
• The return shipping and proof of delivery of merchandise is your, the customer's, responsibility. For your protection ECafe Canada strongly recommends you to fully insure your package and to you use a traceable method of shipping that includes a tracking number (UPS, Fed-Ex, etc) so that you can provide proof of deliver if necessary. If you cannot provide proof of your delivery for you return, ECafe Canada will not provide credit for the return.
• It is the customer's responsibility to pay return shipping costs. You will not be reimbursed for the original shipping costs. Once ECafe Canada has received and inspected your returned merchandise, and if the merchandise passes our inspection, your return will be processed. Please allow up to 20 days for ECafe Canada to process your credit.
To ensure that your return passes our inspection, please follow the above instructions.
Return patterns that are costly, incomplete or excessive may result in the termination of your ECafe Canada purchasing privileges.
Damage During Shipment
In the event that your purchased merchandise is damaged during shipment, note the damage in detail on the receipt and do not accept delivery of the package. It is very important that you do not accept or sign for a damaged package. Immediately contact ECafe Canada by emailing us at Customer Service. ECafe Canada will send you a replacement item or credit your account upon receipt of the item at our warehouse.
At ECafe Canada we strive to offer our customers exceptional merchandise at competitive prices. For us to provide our customers with low prices it is important for us to keep our operating costs to a minimum. The return process is costly and time consuming.
